RECRUITING PROCESS

The main aim with recruitment at Ericsson is to:
• Ensure we attract and employ the right people
• Hire the best external candidates matching the long-term competence and resource needs.
We do our best to ensure the process is, by any candidate, perceived as a positive experience, leaving a strengthened employer image of Ericsson, regardless of the outcome.

We adopt different recruitment strategies and processes depending on the seniority required for the vacant
position:
New graduates are invited to participate in assessment centers, in order to assess human capabilities at first. An individual interview with HR and Line Manager follows, in order to assess
technical skills and motivation to join Ericsson.
For senior professionals and managers, we arrange at least three individual interviews, with
HR recruiter, hiring manager and the Head of the Function.

Salaries Expected to Rise By 3.4 Percent in 2012

Companies may still be struggling to make ends meet, but they are committed to rewarding employees by offering higher salaries.
Average salaries are expected to rise by 3.4 percent in 2012, according to the newly released 2012 Salary Guides from Robert Half International.
